- 200g yakisoba noodles
- 150g sliced pork, chicken, or tofu
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons yakisoba sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced pork or chicken to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until it is browned and cooked through.
- Incorporate the cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, and green onions. Stir-fry for about another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet retain some crunch.
- Add the cooked yakisoba noodles and yakisoba sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together gently to ensure even coating. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Consider adding sesame oil or chili flakes for extra flavor. Ensure vegetables are cut uniformly for even cooking.
